After learning about your needs, we create a plan/strategy for your property success and initiate a buyers agent agreement. We then begin conducting our research, reaching out to our real state network for off-market properties and attend inspections and open houses on your behalf. 

We then short list potential properties, conduct due diligence and extensive on the ground investigation to the qualify the property. Once we feel the property is suitable, we arrange to inspect it with you. 

Once the standard of the property has met our expectations and yours, we begin our tough negotiations strategies to secure your desired property. 

We then liaise with the Agents, Lawyer, Mortgage Brokers, etc., to ensure a smooth settlement process. 

And FINALLY our main point of difference, because you are working with us, we can then prepare all the approvals and processes involved to schedule minor or major renovations to begin after your settlement to make it your home.
