Chris is a qualified Builder and Buyers Agent operating in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. He has been involved with many property purchases and has renovated and built dozens of beautiful homes in the area. Many clients have engaged Chris for several projects spanning years, which is testament to the excellent work he does and his good ‘old-fashioned’ approach to customer service and communication.

With over 35 years working in the building industry, Chris is fully qualified to provide sound and professional advice on all aspects of the buying and building process. This may include giving advice on building, plumbing, roofing, and structural elements, but importantly, he can also identify building defects or areas of concern. 

Emma is a certified Buyers Agent. Her exceptional organisational and communication skills are an incredible asset to the company, and you’ll be lucky to meet a nicer person in Sydney. She will listen to your needs and be dedicated to helping you to achieve your goals. 

Chris and Emma saw a gap in the market, and have now created a one-stop service for their clients to take the hassle out of searching for, negotiating, assessing, fixing and preparing a property.
